Manufacturer's Warranty
This product complies with European norms and standards, the Low Voltage and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directives. We hereby declare that this product complies with the relevant requirements of Directive 2014/30/EU on Electromagnetic Compatibility, the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, and the CE Marking Directive 93/68/EEC. This certificate was issued after testing the product for the above-mentioned requirements.
The manufacturer provides a warranty period of 24 months from the date of retail sale, provided that the consumer complies with the regulations for transport, storage, assembly, and operation. In the event of malfunctions of the device due to factory-made defects that occur within the warranty period, the consumer is entitled to have the defects rectified free of charge by the manufacturer through warranty repair. Warranty repair includes, in particular, work to correct defects in the device's operation to ensure its intended use within the warranty period. Defects are rectified by replacing or repairing the defective parts or units of the device.
The warranty service does not include:
• Regular technical maintenance
• Assembly/disassembly of the device
• Setting up the device
For warranty repairs, the consumer must present the device and the instruction manual, including the date of purchase, along with proof of purchase. The device must match the model specified in the instruction manual. For warranty service, contact the retailer of the device.
